Two Formulas of Demon Drool Ink & Spider Spit Hi-D
Over the years we have come to learn
that pigmented ink is way too thick to work successfully in the CFS
devices that are now made in China and being sold in the American market.
The Chinese CFS devices (we sell them as well as many of our competitors)
use ribbon tubing that has a relatively small inside diameter.
It requires a lot of force to suck the thick pigmented ink down a long
length of this tubing. As a result, a lot of CFS devices, especially the
ones attached to 13" throat printers, tend to experience a little "ink
starvation" after a few months of operation.
At first users try doing cleaning cycles and printing purge patterns
because they incorrectly think that they are experiencing nozzle clogging.
The truth is, the printer is simply having a difficult time sucking
replacement ink down the long length of small-diameter tubing.

Continuous Flow Systems (CFS) For Ink Jet Printers
In order to deal with this problem, we sat down with the manufacturing
company that makes the ink that we sell under our house-brand of
Demon Drool.
After a long discussion of all the problems, and on advice of the
ink-engineering people, we now offer two versions of
our Demon Drool Ink & our Spider Spit Hi-D Ink.
Our "regular" version is the ink exactly as it comes to us from the
manufacturer. This version should be used if you are refilling empty
cartridges.
The other version is for use in all CFS devices. This, special, CFS Formula,
has a lower viscocity along with special nozzle-cleaning compounds which
will tend to keep the nozzles from clogging up when the printer is not
used for a few days. There is absolutely no change in the color characteristics
of this, special, CFS Formula. It just helps your CFS device to work
more reliably.
We hope you will like the new formula that we offer and that it will help to
solve some of your CFS problems.
If you try our new, CFS Formula, write and tell us what you think of it. Your
feedback is important and helps us to make future improvements.
We're working as fast as we
can to get all of this set up and working correctly.
Unfortunately, everything takes a bit of time. We're still
busy getting products logged into our shopping cart. We're
putting more things in every day! Please forgive our
"construction dust", and check back in a few days to see the
progress we've made.
